Software Name and Version:
What kind of software you use, such as Quickbooks 2010, or Peachtree 2012.
Quickbooks can be printed with or without the line after "Pay To The Order Of" and the line before "Dollars". This keeps you from having to adjust the printing up or down or right to left. Especially useful when using multiple accounts.
We have 5 different Peachtree formats to choose from. Click on the links to see an example of each one.
Will you send Check (or Deposit) copy to confirm numbers?
This gives you the option of sending us something with your MICR info (the numbers with symbols on the bottom of your check) for further verification of your entries. This is especially helpful for first time users.
