Bank Information To Be Printed On Checks:

The bank name/address to be printed on your checks. See #2 on Anatomy of a Check.

Bank Fractional:

Starting Number:

The number you want your checks to start with. See #4 on Anatomy of a Check.

Numbering Sequence:

Standard - low number on top, used when checks are loaded in a printer face up.

Reverse - low number on bottom, used when checks are loaded in a printer face down.

Printing Above Signature Line:

Any printing above the signature line such as "VOID AFTER 60 DAYS". See #5 on Anatomy of a Check.

Number of Signature Lines Required:

Routing Number (Check):

Deposit Routing Number (may be different than check):

Software Name and Version:

What kind of software you use, such as Quickbooks 2010, or Peachtree 2012.

Quickbooks Format:

Quickbooks can be printed with or without the line after "Pay To The Order Of" and the line before "Dollars". This keeps you from having to adjust the printing up or down or right to left. Especially useful when using multiple accounts.

Will you send Check (or Deposit) copy to confirm numbers?

This gives you the option of sending us something with your MICR info (the numbers with symbols on the bottom of your check) for further verification of your entries. This is especially helpful for first time users.
